Missing Folders???
May 5th, 2008 13:00	We had a few calls from clients wondering what happened to their webmail folders. You can try to see if your folders are found in the "Folders" menu option and "Subscribe" to them if found. The process is as follows: Login to webmail Click on "Folders" At the bottom of the screen look for the "Subscribe" drop down box. Click on the folder you'd like to see it back in webmail and click on "Subscribe". Repeat this process for all the remaining folders. If you don't see any folders in the Subscribe section then please call the office. If we can not get to the phone, please leave us your email address so we can move those folders so you can subscribe them.

May 5th, 2008 11:00	Good news, Phase 1 on the implementation of the new email server is now complete. Next phase will be the webserver and then the Control Pannel. Thank you for your continued support during these transition times.
New Servers Are Here!
May 1st, 2008 11:00	Manage your own email accounts, better spam filtering and antivirus checking. These are the new features we are going to be working on this weekend. Starting this Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 5 pm, we will begin installing our new servers. This will unfortunately require the old fellow zeta ( our email server ) to be put down to be switched over to the new server ( zeta junior ). This task we estimate will take us to the early morning of May 4. What this means is that you will not be able to receive emails during this time. Important to note that no emails will be lost. All emails that come through will be stored during the transition time and will appear in your inbox once this task is complete. Danima Team
